Relate Music Creators Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: March 6, 2025

1. Subscription Terms

Subscription Fees: $10 monthly or $110 annually, billed at the start of the subscription period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Grant of License: Upon payment, the Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the music library.

Usage Rights: Licensee may use licensed music for personal or commercial videos, films, short social media content, marketing, and monetization on platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Dolby Atmos binaural files only. Unless on special needs ADM files are available decided by Relate Creative LLC.

Restrictions: Licensee may not remix, sample, resell, or use the music for illegal or defamatory purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All music is owned by Relate Music a division of parent Relate Creative LLC and remains the property of Relate Music & Relate Creative LLC. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of copyrights or intellectual property.

ASCAP Performance Rights: Relate Music (writer/composer) & Dreamuniverse Music (publisher) retain all rights to collect royalties for public performances of its music all owned by Relate Creative LLC. (e.g. live streaming, public performance)

3. Licensing Terms

Permitted Uses: Licensee may use music in monetized videos on platforms with proper performance licenses.

Prohibited Uses: Licensee may not use music in standalone form, for remixing, or for any songs, records, or album production for commercial use. Also no standalone duplication/distribution of music.

4. Monetization and Royalties

Monetization: Licensee may monetize videos, and Relate Music collects royalties for public performances through ASCAP or other performing rights organizations.

No Additional Fees: Platforms handle performance royalties, so Licensees incur no extra fees.

5. Non-Transfer Clause

The license is personal and non-transferable. Breach of this Agreement may result in termination.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
